Provide the edition, order reference and a precise account of a defect, missing component or discrepancy. Preserve the relevant packaging while the issue is assessed. The shop will supply return instructions where a physical return is needed.

These arrangements do not exclude Australian consumer guarantees. The remedy for a failure depends on its nature and seriousness and may involve repair, replacement or refund. A major failure in a product entitles the consumer to elect a refund or replacement. Refer to the ACCC resource below for its explanation.
RETURNS / 03Preference is not a defect.
A change-of-mind request is considered separately from a faulty-product remedy. Seek agreement before returning an edition solely because it no longer suits your plans. If the order has not been confirmed, identify it and request cancellation through the concierge.
