The fulfilment form accepts Australian destinations. The charge is A$8.90 below an edition subtotal of A$140.00; at or above that threshold it is waived. The valuation displayed before submission includes the applicable amount.

An accepted form creates a pending order record. No payment is processed by this website. Supply, settlement and the expected dispatch window must be confirmed subsequently. Retain the on-screen reference, since this implementation does not issue an automatic email receipt.

Raise an event deadline or unusual delivery requirement with the concierge before registering an order. Transit estimates depend on the actual destination. Corrections should cite the existing reference so the shop can amend the relevant request rather than reconcile duplicates.
