The order service records the selected editions, quantities, name, email and destination supplied at submission. A telephone number and additional instructions are optional. These records support confirmation and fulfilment; payment credentials are not collected.
PRIVACY / 02Correspondence and published assessments.
Enquiry content and reply details are held for handling correspondence. An assessment submitted on an edition page publishes the contributor name, rating, text and submission date. It is an unverified visitor contribution, not evidence of a purchase.
PRIVACY / 03Session identity.
A first-party, HTTPS-only session cookie protects submissions and controls browser access to its order records and assessment amendments. It is configured for thirty days, subject to server-side expiry. Removing that cookie does not remove the associated server record.
PRIVACY / 04Access and retention.
Address information requests to [email protected]. The shop may establish identity before providing access or making a requested correction or deletion. Fulfilment, accounting and dispute requirements can justify retaining records. Necessary destination details may be supplied to a carrier, and the hosting environment may retain access logs. No advertising or analytics scripts are included.
